Meet your Instructor
Hi! I began pole back in 2006 and fell in love instantly. In 2009 I began teaching and pole was something that ticked so many boxes for me. I pole’d for a solid 8 years almost daily. I suppose you would class me as a pole OG but if i’m honest, I don’t often publicly call myself that. The most impressive move back then was an inverted pike to a superman (if you know what this is, you’ll understand how much the pole industry has really moved on since then).
It gave me an outlet and somewhere to channel my energy. I took a bit of a break when I had my children between 2015 and 2018. Once I had fully recovered from two C-Sections and came back in to the world of pole a lot had changed. A LOT!
I decided within a year that I wanted to begin teaching again. I completed my X-Pert training and now teach Pole, Hoop, Stretch & Strength based classes.
My heart will always be in the movement around the pole and the dance aspect which is what drives me to become stronger so I can glide and move around the pole in an easy flow.
