Grow your self-trust muscle, step into your power, and reconnect with your inner confidence
How it works:
Micro Action: Identify one situation today where you normally say yes out of obligation or fear. Practice saying a clear yes or no instead.
Reflection Prompt: How did it feel to set a boundary or speak your truth? What did you notice about your energy or mood afterward?
Micro Action: Stand in front of a mirror, make eye contact with yourself, and say:
“I am confident, capable, and enough.” Repeat 3 times.
Reflection Prompt: How did this feel in your body? Did your inner critic try to interrupt? What was different after completing this?
Micro Action: Choose one small action that feels uncomfortable but safe e.g., speak up in a group, share your opinion online, or approach someone new. Take that step.
Reflection Prompt: What fear came up? How did it feel to move through it anyway? What did you notice about your capability?
Micro Action: Write down 3 moments from the past week where you acted with confidence or courage, no matter how small.
Reflection Prompt: How does noticing these moments affect your belief in your abilities? How can you use them as a reminder when fear shows up?
Micro Action: Give yourself a genuine, specific compliment aloud in the mirror. Examples:
Micro Action: Practice confident posture for 5 minutes: stand tall, shoulders back, chest open, head held high. Walk, sit, or move with presence today.
Reflection Prompt: How did this affect your energy, voice, or mindset? Did people notice? How does your body shape your confidence?
Micro Action: Share something meaningful, authentic, or creative today. Online, at work, or in a personal interaction. It can be small, but it’s visible.
Reflection Prompt: How did it feel to show up fully? What did you learn about yourself when you took the risk? What will you carry forward into your next week?
