Ingredients (makes 12 small rolls):
1 sheet puff pastry (ready-rolled)
300g pork sausage meat (or mixed sausage meat)
1 small onion, finely chopped
½ tsp dried thyme or sage
1 tbsp milk/egg (for brushing)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / 400°F.
Mix sausage meat with chopped onion and herbs in a bowl.
Roll out puff pastry sheet, cut in half lengthways.
Place sausage mixture along the center of each half.
Fold pastry over and seal edges with a fork. Cut into 6 pieces per strip.
Brush tops with milk/egg.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
