About WILD
Wild at heart.
Wild at heart is a dance platform and community that supports people to give themselves permission to be free and find the calm within the chaos of life. We do this through our online platform, in person classes and workshops in pole, dance, fitness, movement and wellness.
Rebecca began WILD after feeling like she had to set up a dance school. With a passion to help people with thier confidence and a love for dance (espcially pole dance and jazz funk) Rebecca finally took action and began WILD.
WILD to Rebecca means to be inspired within, to allow yourself to be you and do you no matter what anyone else says or thinks.
Rebecca finally found her own version of WILD and wants to share that passion with others to feel more alive, more confident and happier in all other areas of life as a result.
We are committed to:
- Supporting you to find yourself

Pole Instructor, Emma
I love being a pole instructor because I get to introduce others to the best exercise ever! Pole is the only sport that I have ever really 100% enjoyed, and I can see myself getting stronger and more skilful every week. The pole community is so inclusive and supportive that training is always fun!
Silks Instructor, Crystel
Hi I’m Crystel. She/Her. I’m a special needs primary school teacher. My first dabble in aerial was a pole class at a hen party back in 2016 which was so much fun. It led to try a pole class shortly after where I was captured by the bright, pretty fabrics hanging in the same studio and was intrigued as to what that was. Fast forward to 2018, I decided to go for it and take a class on those ‘pretty fabrics’, aerial silks and absolutely fell in love on my first lesson! I had absolutely no upper body strength and could do very little but was stunned by the beauty, strength and grace of the instructor as she floated around on the silks. It ignited some passion in me to do exactly that one day. As someone with no gymnastic or dance background I did find it tricky to start with but was blown away by how quickly I was able to build strength and see progress week on week. The motivation and drive to make my body work to achieve the pretty poses and drill them over and over was and still is astounding to me. Above all, training silks made me feel like I found me and who I am, reigniting a love for myself. I’ve since trained many other circus disciplines and love them all but will always come back to silks like it is my home.
The circus and aerial community is such a friendly, supportive one and one as an instructor I feel grateful to be part of. As an instructor I have a passion to give my students that same fire I had back then, and will always meet you exactly where you are. I love to share the sense of empowerment, wellbeing and strength both physically and mentally that silks has given me with others.
