Your confidence journal — use it every single day.
This isn’t a workbook. It isn’t homework. It’s five minutes every day that keeps you connected to the woman you’ve been building this week.
Each page has one prompt at the top, something simple and honest, like “today I chose myself by…” or “one moment I stopped shrinking today…” You don’t have to write much. A few sentences is enough. The point isn’t to produce something impressive. The point is to stop, notice, and stay in the conversation with yourself.
There are 30 pages, one for each day of the month. At the bottom of each page there’s a small box with two things: one word to describe your day, and a circle to tick for “she showed up today.” That second one matters more than it looks. You’ll find yourself wanting to be able to tick yes.
Print the whole thing out, put it in a folder or a binder, and leave it somewhere you’ll actually see it. Beside your bed. On your desk. Wherever your mornings begin.
This is how the work stays alive after the seven days end. Not through effort. Just through five minutes of noticing, every day.
