You made it to the end. And I mean that in the best possible way.
Not the end of anything important. Just the end of this part.
Because what you’ve done this week isn’t something you leave behind when you close the last audio. It doesn’t disappear when life gets busy again. It doesn’t expire. It lives in you now. In how you breathe when a room feels intimidating, in how you catch yourself shrinking and choose differently, in the quiet moments where you treat yourself like someone who actually matters.
That’s not nothing. That’s everything.
Here’s what I want you to know as you go.
You don’t need me to feel like this anymore.
That might sound like a strange thing for me to say. But it’s the most important thing I can tell you, because the whole point of this was never to make you dependent on a programme or an audio or a version of yourself that only shows up in the right conditions.
The whole point was to show you that she was already there. That you already had it. That confidence was never something you were waiting to receive, it was something you were always practising, in every small choice, every quiet moment, every time you showed up even when it was hard.
You’ve been doing that all week. And now you know you can do it without me guiding you through it.
On the days it feels far away, and there will be those days, come back.
Not to the beginning. Not to Day 1 like you’ve failed something. Just come back to one thing. Your breath. Your posture. The three words you wrote down. The version of you that you spent this week getting to know.
She hasn’t gone anywhere. She just sometimes needs reminding that she’s allowed to stay.
Before you close this page, I want you to do one thing.
Go back to the baseline check in your workbook, the scores you gave yourself on Day 1. And fill in the same questions again now.
Not to grade yourself. Not to measure whether you did it right. Just to see the shift. Because I promise you, even if it feels subtle, something has moved. And you deserve to see that on the page.
I am so proud of you. Not because you finished. But because you started.
Because you chose yourself, even for just seven days. Even when life was still happening around you. Even when it felt like too much, or too small, or not enough.
You showed up. And that was always the whole thing.
Go live it, lovely.
Love, Becky x
