Syllabus Principles
All apparatus follow these core rules:
- Low before high
Skills are mastered close to the ground before elevation increases.
- Supported before unsupported
Inversions and dynamic skills are introduced with spotting or apparatus support.
- Control before complexity
Clean technique is required before adding transitions or speed.
- Strength before endurance
Repetitive drills and long hangs are limited to protect growth plates and grip fatigue.
- Exit strategy required
Every skill must include a taught, controlled dismount.
