As a kids aerial instructor, you are more than just an instructor. You are a role model, mentor, and safety guardian. Your professional responsibility includes:

• Safety first: Always ensure the environment, equipment, and activities are safe. Check rigs, mats, and apparatus before every class.

• Child wellbeing: Prioritise the physical and emotional wellbeing of each student. Encourage self-expression while maintaining safe practice.

• Consistency and reliability: Show up on time, prepared, and fully engaged. Children notice your energy and attitude, which sets the tone for the class.

• Communication: Maintain clear and age-appropriate communication with students, parents, and colleagues. Provide constructive feedback that motivates rather than discourages.

Tip: Remember, your behaviour sets the standard. Children mimic what they see. Your professionalism becomes part of their learning.
