As a certified Kids Aerial Instructor, you are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and ethical conduct when working with children and young people.
All instructors completing this certification are expected to adhere to the following principles.
Instructors must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times when teaching, representing their studio, or delivering aerial activities.

Safeguarding is a legal and ethical responsibility and must always take priority over performance or progression.
Instructors must deliver classes in accordance with safe aerial practice.

Safety must never be compromised for the sake of progression, performance, or social media content.
Instructors must create a welcoming and respectful learning environment for all students.

Every child should feel safe, supported, and valued within the class.
Clear boundaries protect both students and instructors.
Instructors should:
Maintaining appropriate boundaries helps ensure trust and transparency.
Certified instructors are encouraged to continue developing their knowledge and skills through ongoing learning.

By completing this certification, instructors agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and maintain professional standards when delivering children’s aerial instruction.
Failure to adhere to these standards may result in certification being withdrawn or teaching privileges being reviewed.
